Sport Massage is a deeper therapy than your average massage and involves the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit those involved in regular physical activity, work related injuries i.e. Repetitive strain injuries; and pre- and post-surgery. It’s designed to assist in soft tissue mobilisation and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity, stress, trauma and immobility. Having a sports massage before and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.
